Vancouver, B.C. – Crown Point Ventures Ltd. (TSX.V: CWV) (the “Company”) confirms that the
Company has no exposure to non-bank asset-backed commercial paper. All of the Company’s
cash and cash equivalents are deposited with a major accredited Canadian Chartered Bank and/or
affiliated brokerage house.
The Company closed out its fiscal year end (August 31, 2007) with positive cashflow from its
Canadian oil producing properties and is aggressively exploring for new opportunities in Argentina.
