Murray D. McCartney has had over 28 years experience in the petroleum industry in both private and public companies.
From 1994 -2004 Murray was a director and CEO of Cavell Energy Corp. and was instrumental in its divestiture to a leading large royalty trust company.
From 2004-2008 Mr. McCartney was president and CEO of the private company Adamant Energy.
Murray and his team built Adamant into a 3000 barrel per day company before selling to an Alberta based intermediate in May of 2008.
Given Mr. McCartney's proven success in the industry, the Board of Directors is delighted to have Murray aboard and looks to a bright future for the company and their shareholders.

| Gordon Kettleson was part of the founding team of Crown Point Ventures and has been serving as a Director, Secretary and CFO since 2001. He has recently been named President of CWV, and will utilize his working knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry to guide Crown Point Ventures forward. Gordon also serves as President and CEO of Interwest Enterprises Ltd, a successful private Canadian Oil production company with operations in Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.

| Arthur J. G. Madden has 37 years experience in the petroleum industry in both private and public companies. President of 554492 Alberta Ltd. (a private company providing consulting services to the energy sector). Mr. Madden was Vice-President Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Adamant Energy Inc. (a private oil and gas company) from July 2004 to May 2008. Mr. Madden was Vice-President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of Cavell Energy Corporation (a public oil and gas company) from June 1994 to July 2004.
Mr. Madden, C.M.A., M.B.A. ICD.D, has a Certified Management Accountant designation, Masters of Business Administration from Queens University and achieved the Institute of Corporate Directors designation in May 2009. Mr. Madden is also a member of Financial Executives International.

| Hal Kettleson (P.Eng) has been involved in the Oil and Gas for almost 30 years. During that time Hal has held management positions in both private and public companies and has a good working knowledge of the Western Canadian Sedimentary basin, where the majority of his success has occurred. Hal is a founder of Interwest Enterprises Ltd, a successful private Canadian Oil production company with operations in Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Having previously served as President and Chairman of Crown Point, Hal has recently been appointed to the role of CFO.

| William (Bill) Keast brings to the company more than 40 years of experience in the financial services sector in Canada. Bill serves on the board of several public companies on the Canadian Stock Exchange (TSX) and has an intricate knowledge of the financial operations of the Oil and Gas industry.

| Jack Taylor (P. Eng, MBA) Jack has been involved in the Oil and Gas service industry for over 25 years, and has experience working in all of the major oil producing areas in the world, including the Middle East, North Sea, Canada, United States, Brunei and Argentina. Between 1981 – 2006 Jack founded and served as President of Safetyliner Systems (LLC & Canada Ltd.), a pipeline corrosion protection system used in the Oil and Gas industry. In addition to serving on the Crown Point board, Jack continues to consult to major Oil and Gas companies as well as to the major pipeline companies of the world.

| Martin Walter holds a degree in
geology from Ballarat University, Australia as well as an MBA from
the University of Toronto. Martin brings to the company more than
15 years of operational and international mineral development
experience. In recent years he has worked on a number of precious
metal projects worldwide as a consulting geologist for Ironbark.
Martin also serves on the boards of a number of junior mining
companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange, specializing in project
generation.

| Denny Deren brings over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry to the board. He has extensive experience in modern day technology in downhole drilling and completion techniques. Most recently, he founded Excaliber Foxx Ltd., which has developed a new safety product called the “Foxxhole”, which allows a worker to evacuate to safety from the racking platform through a fire resistant chute.

| Mateo Turic will utilize his 40 years of experience in the South American Oil and Gas industry to head up the Crown Point Oil & Gas S.A. In past roles he has been a manager and director in exploration and production roles for both YPF and Pioneer (Apache), as well as a senior advisor in exploration for NRC Argentina. He has a number of publications to his name relating to the Argentine energy sector, and has also advised the Ministry of Exterior Relations of Argentina on the adjacent sedimentary basins to the Falkland Islands.
In addition to holding a Petroleum Engineering degree and geological law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Mateo has also completed the Senior Executive Program from MIT, Boston.

| Jonathan Barlow, an Australian national, holds a degree in Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia and has been working in consulting and project management positions for over 5 years. In recent years Jonathan has been focusing on international trade and marketing which resulted in an international posting while working for the trade sector of the Australian government, Austrade. He is currently in the process of obtaining his P. Eng designation to become recognized as a professional engineer within Canada, and will be responsible for all the non-technical day to day management of the Argentinean office.
